You tried AI. It didn’t sound anything like you. You were right.

You asked it to reply to a customer. What came back opened with “Dear Esteemed Customer” and could have been sent by any company on earth.

So you closed the tab and decided the whole thing is overhyped.

Fair conclusion. Wrong reason.

Here’s the reason
A professional at their desk
40,000+Professionals coached
13Countries
20+Years training
14Days, self-paced

The whole thing

Your AI is bad at your job because
nobody taught it your job.

The SERVICE ANALYST & AI COPILOT course fixes that. You train one, correct it, and supervise it so it never sends something that costs you a customer.

You finish with

  • A co-pilot trained on your own role
  • A prompt library and a knowledge pack
  • One automated workflow
  • An SOP a colleague can run without you
  • A KPI sheet showing what changed

The details

  • Self-paced, 14 days
  • No coding
  • Works in ChatGPT, Copilot and Gemini
  • For anyone whose work touches customers, employed or self-employed
  • Starts Friday 2 October
₦37,999 ₦75,000

Early bird price holds until Friday 25 September, when enrolment closes.

The actual problem

You didn’t hire it.
You switched it on.

Think about how a new person gets brought into a team.

Somebody tells them what the company sells. Walks them through the policies, the three complaints that come in every week, and how each one gets handled. Reads their first ten replies before they go out. Corrects them, more than once. After a month they sound like the company, because somebody spent a month making them sound like it.

Now think about what you did with AI. You opened a tab, typed one line, and expected it to know your business.

That’s the whole difference. Not the tool, the training. Everyone can open the same AI you did. What separates useful output from generic output is what you taught it.

Reviewing and correcting work on screen

A trained one looks like this

  • Customers get replies in your words, on your policies, on WhatsApp at 11pm when you’re not on seat
  • Follow-ups go out on schedule whether or not you remembered
  • The report that takes you three hours takes twenty minutes and still sounds like you wrote it
  • It knows the SOPs, the FAQs, and the things nobody is allowed to put in writing
  • It doesn’t forget what you told it last month, it doesn’t resign, and it won’t call you on Monday to say it’s travelling

Fourteen days. Starting Friday 2 October.

The part nobody advertises

What it will still
get wrong.

It will tell a customer their order is arriving Thursday. Nobody told it about Thursday. It just felt like a helpful thing to say.

It will be confidently wrong about your own refund policy, and it will say it beautifully. It will write two lovely paragraphs to somebody who is already angry and make them angrier.

Which is why a large part of the Service Analyst & AI Copilot course is supervision. What to check. What never goes out unread. Where to put a human gate. How to write the rules down so somebody else can follow them without asking you.

Anyone selling you an AI that is never wrong has not used one.

That’s the Service Analyst & AI Copilot course.
Train it properly, then watch it properly.

The documents you build on the Service Analyst and AI Copilot course

What you build

You’ll leave with the thing,
not the notes.

Built and tested on your own job, not a case study:

  • A co-pilot charter: your role, your tone, its limits, and what it may never do without you
  • Your 20 most-used prompts in a library, so you stop starting from scratch every morning
  • A knowledge pack, so it stops asking for context you’ve already given it
  • One workflow, documented, with a review point at each stage
  • An SOP a colleague can run without you in the room
  • A KPI sheet with your baseline, your target and your evidence

Whoever you are, you build it around your own role.

If you work for someoneYou’re the one customers reach.

You’re also the one who’ll be handed the AI question whether or not it’s in your job description. What you build is yours. If you change jobs next year, your co-pilot goes with you, which is more than most things you build at work.

If you run the businessIt all lives in your head.

The policy, the tone, the SOPs. This is how you get them out of your head and into something that still works when you’re not in the room.

If you’re between jobsShow it, don’t claim it.

You’ll finish with documents you can open in an interview. That’s a different conversation from telling someone you’re familiar with AI.

If you’re already getting good work out of AI, you may not need this. It’s for anyone who feels there’s more in there than they’ve managed to reach so far.

Questions people ask

Before you decide.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. There’s no programming anywhere in it. You work in ChatGPT, Copilot and Gemini, alongside email, CRM and spreadsheets.

Do I need to pay for ChatGPT or Gemini?

No, the free versions will get you through. The paid ones do noticeably more, so if you can stretch to one you’ll get more out of the Service Analyst & AI Copilot course. Either way you finish with a working co-pilot.

How much time does it take?

Self-paced over 14 days. No fixed class times, no need to be free on a particular evening. The work uses your own job rather than exercises, so it isn’t homework sitting on top of your week.

Do I keep access afterwards?

No. Fourteen days is fourteen days, so plan to actually do it inside the window. What you build is yours to keep, though. The charter, the prompts, the knowledge pack and the workflow all live in your own tools, not ours.

Is there a certificate?

Yes, a certificate of participation when you complete it.

What if I’ve barely used AI?

That’s fine, and honestly a bit easier. Nothing to unlearn. You start by picking one part of your work and build from there.

I’m not in customer service. Is it still for me?

Yes, if your work touches customers. Sales, marketing, admin, operations and business owners are all in scope. You choose your own focus in the first module.
